Overview

The report describes I&M Group's 2024 sustainability performance across East Africa, including over 6.3 million lives positively impacted and KES 13 billion in MSME financing. It reports 5,209 MWh of energy consumption, 33,722 cubic meters of water consumed, and 1,642 MtCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. The Group established a Board Sustainability Committee, planted 53,800 trees, and maintained 3,246 employees. It also reports a 30% operational carbon-emissions reduction target by 2030.
