Overview

The report sets out Iberdrola's 2025 sustainability performance under ESRS and CSRD, covering climate, environmental, workforce and business-conduct matters across the Group. It announces an ambition to reach net zero emissions by 2040 and reports 2025 absolute emissions of 33.3 Mt of CO2e using the location-based method. The report also records 45,400 employees at year-end and describes a double materiality assessment and group-wide sustainability governance.
