Overview

The report describes IBL Group's FY2022 recovery after the pandemic, including stronger operating performance and the rebound of its Hospitality cluster. It highlights the agreement to acquire a combined 40% stake in Kenya's Naivas International and the group's wider Beyond Borders strategy. Sustainability was repositioned through the Embedding Project, group-level Sustainable Mobility work and sustainability champions.
