Overview

The report presents IBSA Group's 2025 sustainability performance under a voluntary ESRS-based statement covering all Group companies. It highlights a workforce of 2,568 employees, including 17% women on the Board, and 21,991 training hours. Environmental disclosures report 2025 Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 13,989, 13,845 and 274,371 tCO2eq respectively, alongside 111,455.91 MWh total energy consumption and 388,214 m3 water consumption. The Group also reports its first photovoltaic investment and continued development of decarbonisation and resource-efficiency measures.
