Overview

The report is Ichor's inaugural ESG disclosure for the 2021 calendar year. The company established an ESG steering committee and completed its first materiality assessment to prioritize ESG topics. It initiated baseline measurement of energy use and Scope 1 and 2 emissions, reporting 12,619 Megawatt Hours of energy consumption and 6,170 Metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent in total Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. Social highlights included 2,539 global employees, a new DEI charter, and the launch of the Women of Ichor employee resource group.
