The report marks iFAST's 25th anniversary with 25 CSR activities across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, and the United Kingdom. It reports 2025 group totals of 982.15 tCO2e Scope 2 emissions, 446.52 tCO2e Scope 3 emissions, and 2,070.34 MWh of energy consumption. It also describes responsible AI deployment, including AI handling around 65% of Live Chat queries, alongside multilingual support and governance controls.
