Overview

The report presents IGB's FY2024 performance across property investment, hospitality, development, construction, education, water treatment and other businesses. Financial performance strengthened, with group revenue rising 5% to RM1,670.6 million and profit before tax increasing 22% to RM748.1 million. The sustainability statement reports 181,106 MWh of energy consumption, Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, zero work-related fatalities, and 33.33% female representation on the Board. It also describes materiality assessment, Board-led sustainability governance, community investment of RM1,578,879, and a 2050 net-zero carbon ambition.
