Overview

The report presents IGB REIT's FY2017 financial and sustainability performance, including gross revenue of RM524.9 million and NPI of RM373.6 million. Its second Sustainability Statement covers Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall and identifies health and safety, water, waste, energy, diversity, security, procurement and human rights as material matters. Water consumption decreased to 1.1 million cubic metres, while waste sent to landfills fell to 4,500 tonnes. Sustainability oversight sits with the Board, supported by the Risk Management & Sustainability Committee.
