The report presents IGIS's 2025 sustainability performance across headquarters and managed real estate assets, with ESG data coverage reaching approximately 84% of domestic real estate assets. It reports 992.08 tCO2eq of headquarters GHG emissions and 162,637.53 tCO2eq from domestic real estate assets, using measured energy data and independent assurance. IGIS also reports its first Double Materiality Assessment, which selected six material issues and is supported by Board-level ESG governance.
