Overview

The report presents İLBANK's first integrated annual report, combining its financial and sustainability disclosures under a single framework. It reports a year-end workforce of 2,596 staff across the Head Office and Regional Directorates. For 2025, the Bank discloses 3,110.30 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 5,105.75 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions. Sustainability and climate-related matters are overseen at Board level through the Sustainability Committee and related governance structures.
