Overview

The report presents Imerys' 2015 sustainable development performance across social, environmental and governance domains. The Group reported 16,130 year-end employees, 260,941 training hours and 73% of operations with formal community-relations plans. Environmental disclosures include 32,870 TJ of total energy consumption, 1,659 kt CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 1,047 kt CO2e of Scope 2 emissions and 203,706 Tons of industrial waste. The report also records 37.5% women on the board.
