Overview

The report presents Imerys' 2023 sustainability performance across climate, environment, workforce and business conduct. It reports SBTi-validated targets to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% and Scope 3 emissions by 25% by 2030. Total energy consumption was 6,691,781 MWh, with renewable sources representing 4.5%. The Group reported 13,698 employees, 50% female Board membership and 27% female senior management. The report also includes an independent Deloitte assurance engagement covering selected environmental and social indicators.
