Overview

The report is the company's first ESG Report for 2023 and covers the consolidated company, its subsidiaries, headquarters, R&D centre and Shanghai office. It describes Board oversight supported by an ESG Working Group, together with stakeholder engagement and materiality analysis. Reported indicators include 1,639.62 tonnes of Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions, 2,342.04 kWh in '000s of energy consumption, and 145 employees. It also reports no workplace fatalities in the past three years and no concluded corruption cases during the reporting period.
