Overview

The report describes the company's 2025 corporate citizenship activities across stakeholder engagement, workforce inclusion, responsible sourcing, environmental operations and ESG governance. It reports 457 employees at year-end and a global workforce women representation of 22.0%. The company also reports Scope 1 emissions of 37 MT CO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 438 MT CO2e and, for the first time, market-based Scope 2 emissions of 51 MT CO2e.
