Overview

The report presents Impro's 2025 record high revenue of HK$5,095.5 million, first-time disclosure of 129,446 tCO2e of upstream Scope 3 emissions, and zero work-related fatalities or serious injuries. Sustainability progress included a Silver EcoVadis rating, a Wind ESG A-rating, and recognition of Impro China as a Jiangsu Provincial-Level Green Factory. The Group also reported 15 plants with ISO 14001 certification and 28.6% female representation on the Board.
