Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is IMS Gear's first Sustainability Report and covers the entire scope of consolidation of the IMS Gear Group for the 2022 business year. It describes a new sustainability strategy, materiality analysis and governance structure, including Executive Board oversight. Key commitments include CO2 neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 by 2035 and Scope 3 by 2040, alongside energy, waste, water and supplier targets. Reported performance includes 2,958 tons of Scope 1 emissions, 32,860 tons of Scope 2 emissions, 11,647 tons of total waste, and 2,784 employees at December 2022.
