Overview

The report is IRT's inaugural sustainability disclosure, covering progress in 2021 against its ESG strategy and goals. It describes ESG governance through Board and committee oversight, reports 937 associates, and highlights associate engagement, training, diversity, and safety. Environmental highlights include energy benchmarking, LED retrofits, energy audits, water conservation, recycling, and the planting of more than 24,000 trees. The report also provides board composition metrics, including four female directors among a ten-member board.
