Overview

The report presents IndiaRF's inaugural sustainability reporting and its purposeful-investing approach, linking financial returns with positive impact. It describes the LEAP framework - Livelihood Enhancement, Energy Management and Efficiency, Affirmative Action at the Workplace, and Participatory Development - and a materiality assessment that identified 36 ESG topics and four pillars. Portfolio case studies highlight water reuse, fire safety, community programmes, energy transition, road-safety improvements, and waste recycling. The report also introduces an ESG Index for annual portfolio-company performance evaluation.
