Overview

The report presents IndiaMART's first-year journey toward Integrated Reporting and describes its platform-led approach to digital and business enablement. For FY 2022, it reports Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 5.11 and 310.72 tCO2e, respectively, with total GHG emissions of 315.83 tCO2e. The workforce section reports 3,672 employees, approximately 225,000 hours of training and 24% female employees. CSR initiatives focused on education and COVID-19 relief, with INR 34.89 million spent and more than 1 million lives impacted.
