Overview

The report describes Indian Overseas Bank's 2020-21 BR activities, including 23 Financial Literacy Centers and 12 RSETIs. It reports 5,775 candidates trained by RSETIs and a workforce of 23,579 employees at 31 March 2021. Financial inclusion expanded through 2,739 Business Correspondents and 52,76,992 BSBD accounts under PMJDY.
