Overview

The report covers a nine-month financial period after the company changed its year-end from June to March. Indowind reported total income of Rs. 5035 lacs and profit after tax of Rs. 516 lacs, while planning 28 MW of new capacity. It formed Indowind Power Private Ltd. as a subsidiary with a 74% stake and reported 70 employees at 31 March 2011. The report also documents corporate-governance committees and restructuring of US$ 30 million FCCBs.
