Overview

The report presents ILPT's 2024 sustainability activities across its 411-property industrial and logistics portfolio, including tenant engagement on energy, water and emissions management. It highlights a first sustainability-focused tenant survey of more than 100 industrial tenants with a 40% response rate, and reports property-level environmental performance.
