Overview

The report describes ILPT's $5.7 billion industrial and logistics portfolio of 409 properties across 39 states. Its 2025 performance section reports declining GHG, energy and water intensity and waste diversion of 229.7 tons at a 97% diversion rate. RMR's Connected Buildings platform reached 14 connected buildings and nearly 4.5 million square feet monitored. The supplement also reports 43% women on ILPT's Board and includes SASB disclosures reviewed with limited assurance.
