Overview

The report presents the new Ingersoll Rand's first Sustainability Supplement, covering 2019 ESG data for the combined company on a pro forma basis where available following the Gardner Denver and Ingersoll Rand Industrial segment combination. It reports accordance with the GRI Standards core option and describes a formal stakeholder-informed materiality assessment. The supplement also identifies the Board of Directors as the ultimate ESG decision-making body and provides workforce diversity, energy, and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions data.
