Overview

The report describes Ingeus' 2025 social impact across employment, health, wellbeing, justice, and community programmes. It reports support for 492,796 people, more than 18,100 young people, and more than 35,000 people with mental health needs. It also reports that 69% of the team self-identified as female and that 93% of purchased energy came from net zero sources. The report closes with awards, accreditations, and workforce initiatives including 134 Diversity & Inclusion champions and more than 600 Mental Health First Aiders.
