The report presents IAG's 2015 shared value strategy, focused on helping communities become safer, stronger and more confident. It reports maintained Group carbon neutrality, 31.5% women in senior management across the Group and 33% women in board positions. Ernst & Young provided limited assurance over selected Customer, Community, Workforce and Environment indicators.
