Overview

The report describes ICTSI's 2009 performance during the global recession, with consolidated volume falling to 3,557,256 TEUs and gross revenues from port operations falling to US$421.7 million. It highlights the takeover of Muara Container Terminal and the Manzanillo concession win. CSR activity expanded through community health, scholarship, disaster-relief and tree-planting initiatives, alongside creation of the ICTSI Foundation to coordinate Group CSR activities.
