Overview

The report presents EOH's first ESG disclosure for FY2023, covering its materiality assessment, ESG framework and oversight by the Social and Ethics Committee. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 1 599.50 tonne CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 3 332.54 tonne CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 1 669.07 tonne CO2e. Social highlights include learning and development support, employee wellbeing and inclusion programmes. Governance highlights include strengthened risk controls, data privacy measures and 11 PRECCA reports relating to legacy fraud and corruption.
