Overview

The report describes IOI's FY2018 progress on traceable palm oil supply chains, revised sustainability commitments and new labour and human-rights policies, including no recruitment fees, no passport retention and freedom of association. It identifies SDGs 8, 12, 13 and 15 as priorities and explains a sustainability governance structure involving the Board, Group Sustainability Steering Committee, Sustainability Team and external Sustainability Advisory Panel. The year also included continued work on climate, land-use, fire prevention and community initiatives.
