Overview

The report presents the Group's fifth sustainability report for fiscal year 2021, focused on operational performance at Grand nest Hotel Zhuhai. It reports 1,130,844 kWh of electricity consumption and 13,665 cubic metres of water consumption, alongside zero customer privacy breaches, anti-competitive cases and employee soliciting Personal Advantage cases. Workplace fatalities were zero, the guest satisfaction score was 78%, and average training was 34.49 hours per employee. The report was prepared with reference to the GRI Standards 2016.
