Overview

The report describes IREIT's FY2022 sustainability performance across its 37-property portfolio in Germany, France and Spain. It reports a 2021 baseline carbon footprint of 25,945 tCO2eq and states that Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions were measured using the GHG Protocol methodology. Key developments include 13 French BREEAM certifications, renewed LEED certifications for four of five Spanish properties, and the publication of IREIT's first TCFD report. The Board holds ultimate sustainability oversight, supported by the Sustainability Steering Committee.
