Overview

The report describes IOC's 2020 response to COVID-19 through screening, distancing, testing and support measures for employees, contractors and communities. It reports 2,668 employees, 4 750 278 MWh of energy use and 981 339 tonnes of absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Environmental highlights include water, waste, biodiversity and restoration initiatives, including a reduction in fish mortality from 85% to 4% through adapted trawling. IOC also records the Ussiniun agreement with two Innu communities and a commitment to reduce total GHG emissions by 15% by 2030 from 2018 levels.
