Overview

The report highlights IDB Group approvals of ID7 billion ($9.8 billion) for 321 operations in 2017. It reports establishment of a $500 million Science, Technology & Innovation Fund and states that the Lives and Livelihoods Fund had raised $400 million by year-end. The Bank also established a Climate Adaptation Division to coordinate climate-related initiatives and mainstream member-country NDCs into project financing, alongside continued SDG-focused work.
