Overview

The report presents IAI's 2024 sustainability performance across governance, workforce, community, and environmental topics. It highlights Board oversight of ESG impacts, 14,638 employees, three women among eight Board members, and expanded gender and diversity initiatives. Environmentally, IAI reports a 10.4% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity from the 2022 baseline, alongside water, energy, waste, and renewable-energy activities. Selected subject matter was independently reviewed by BDO Ziv Haft under limited assurance.
