Overview

The report presents Italo's 2023 sustainability strategy across environmental, social and governance priorities. It highlights 100% alignment of reported Taxonomy-related turnover, CapEx and OpEx, total energy consumption of 1,427,150 GJ, and detailed Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions disclosures. Social highlights include 1,408 employees, 47% women in the workforce, zero work-related fatalities and zero corruption incidents. The Sustainability Report received limited assurance from Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., excluding the EU Taxonomy information.
