Overview

The report highlights Jackson's 2024 corporate responsibility program across customer trust, people and communities, the environment and governance. It reports 51% associate volunteer participation, more than 270,000 people receiving financial education, and 59% of waste diverted from landfills. Environmental highlights include 37,906 MWh of total energy consumption, 645 MWh from renewable sources and a 500kW solar farm.
