Overview

The report covers JLF and its asset manager MLP's ESG initiatives for April 2025-March 2026. It reports net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions for FY2025 through solar generation and non-fossil fuel certificates, alongside 59,419 MWh total energy use and 25,192 t-CO2 gross GHG emissions. JLF achieved 98.8% green-building certification coverage and 77.8% green-lease area, and conducted ESG sessions with tenants and property managers. It also documents a 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by FY2030 and SBT certification.
