Overview

The report describes the Japan Post Group's seven CSR themes and three common CSR priorities. It sets a Group-wide goal to reduce total CO2 emissions by 9% by fiscal 2013 compared with fiscal 2007 and reports maintained ISO 14001 certification across 71 Japan Post Network post offices, 77 Japan Post Service branches, and 27 Japan Post Bank branches. The report also notes Japan Post Holdings' participation in the United Nations Global Compact.
