Overview

The report presents JCY's first Sustainability Statement, covering its EES framework across five strategic pillars: Community, Environment, Employee, Market and Governance. It reports approximately 9,200 employees in regional operations and describes worker welfare, safety and training initiatives. Environmental actions include pollution monitoring, wastewater treatment, waste and chemical management, conservation measures and ISO 14001 certification. The Board is ultimately accountable for sustainability, with Management and taskforces implementing and monitoring initiatives.
