Overview

The report presents JCY's first Sustainability Statement, organized around five EES pillars: Community, Environment, Employee, Market and Governance. It describes Board accountability through a management steering committee and taskforce structure, alongside ISO 22301:2012 and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management practices. For 2020, the Group reports approximately 9,300 employees, an established anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy, and environmental controls covering emissions, wastewater, chemicals and waste. The report also highlights diversification into automotive and aerospace businesses amid continued HDD concentration risk.
