Overview

The report describes the group's sustainability strategy across six pillars covering energy and carbon, water and waste, biodiversity, community and culture, family, and sourcing and production. It reports that renewables represented 42% of the energy mix and that 95% of solid waste was treated or recycled in 2021/22. The 654-associate workforce was evenly split between male and female associates, while the JYDP produced 32 graduates. Environmental management systems compliant with ISO 14001:2015 were implemented at Jetwing Yala, Jetwing Lake and Jetwing Kaduruketha.
