Overview

The report is Recbio's first annual ESG Report for 2021 and covers the company and all subsidiaries. It describes a two-tier ESG governance structure in which the Board has overall ESG responsibility and an ESG Working Group supports implementation. The company conducted a materiality analysis identifying 20 material issues, including six highly material topics. Environmental disclosures report 9,936,721 kWh of total energy consumption and set 2030 intensity-reduction goals for water, energy, hazardous waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
