Overview

The report describes JCI's 2016 return to consolidated profit of US$6.3 million, with revenue of US$364.8 million. Its Sustainable Development Report covers environmental protection, emissions, waste, resource use, health and safety, labour standards, supply chain management and community investment across the mining operations. JCI reports no fatalities at its mines and maintains ISO14001 certification at Ruashi and Chibuluma. Year-end employment totaled 3,991 employees.
