The report is JM's first sustainability report prepared under ESRS/CSRD on a consolidated basis, following a double materiality assessment. For 2025, it reports 105,051 tCO2e total GHG emissions, 47,911 MWh of energy consumption and 16,138 tons of waste generated at Group level. JM's principal forward-looking commitments include an 85 percent reduction in construction-project GHG emissions by 2030 from 2022 and reducing waste intensity to 15 kg/m2 GFA by 2030. The report also records 1,916 employees and a 33 percent share of women on the nine-member Board.
