Overview

The report describes JTC's 2022 sustainability progress, including stronger Board oversight through a new Risk & Governance Committee and the appointment of its first Chief Sustainability Officer. It reports 1,924.93 tonnes of total CO2 emissions, including 440.10 tonnes Scope 1, 500.60 tonnes Scope 2 and 984.23 tonnes Scope 3, calculated in line with the GHG Protocol. JTC also reports to TCFD and CDP, and made a post-period commitment to become net zero no later than 2030. Social highlights include a 60% employee survey response rate, over 28,000 training hours and 1,500 employees.
