Overview

The report presents FY24 progress on climate, resource efficiency, safety and inclusion. It reports a 9% reduction in specific Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, 40% water recycling and reuse, and 67% waste recyclability. Project Apollo was launched to advance a zero-harm safety culture, while women represented 5.1% of the workforce. Community programs delivered 18,192 training outcomes, 90,115 telemedicine consultations and 860 nutrition kits.
