Overview

The report is Jumia Group's first Sustainability report for FY2021, covering all Jumia locations, offices, warehouses and activities performed directly or through partners. It establishes a SASB-aligned baseline and maps the strategy to seven UN SDGs. Environmental highlights include a 24% reduction in fuel consumption per package shipped and 9,438.4 metric tons of logistics CO2e in 2021. The company also established an ESG Committee whose reports are received and reviewed by the Supervisory Board.
