Overview

The report covers the Group's overall sustainability performance across its head office, food establishments and food stalls. It reports 1,058 tonnes of CO2e emissions, comprising 111 Scope 1 and 947 Scope 2, and describes energy-saving and resource-efficiency measures. It also reports 2,523,070 Kwh of total energy consumption and 165,595 m3 of water consumption, alongside environmental, labour, health and safety, supply-chain, product-responsibility and anti-corruption policies.
