Overview

The report describes KPIL's FY 2024 ESG strategy, including carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2040, water neutrality by 2032, and a circular economy for construction and demolition waste by 2035. It reports 11,85,461 GJ of total energy consumption, 2,454,699 kilolitres of water consumption, 66,532 MT of waste generated, and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 69,933 and 22,523 metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent, respectively. The BRSR also includes detailed workforce, safety, human-rights, stakeholder, and community disclosures. TÜV SÜD South Asia provided limited assurance over selected sustainability disclosures.
