Overview

The report presents Kantar's first comprehensive ESG strategy, centered on purpose, people, planet, partnerships and governance. It reports a 2022 real-estate carbon baseline of 14,995 tCO2e for combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions in the top 40 markets, and an estimated 169,766 tCO2e of supply-chain Scope 3 emissions excluding travel. Kantar also reports 41% female representation in senior leadership and a 2022 commitment to the UN Global Compact. Its ESG Committee meets monthly to scrutinise progress against the ESG strategy.
